SPINNING®:  The SPINNING® program is an energizing session blending cycling and coaching techniques to build mental and physical strength and increase endurance. The intensity of the class is regulated by the participant so first time riders and highly trained athletes can all get an excellent workout. 

SPIN® STRONG:  A great mix between 20 to 25 min’s of Spin and 20 to 25 min’s of Strength Training that will get your day pumping! Perfect for anyone that would like to try Spin out and add a little bit more!

OUTDOOR CYCLING TRAINING: Loose-structured, informal indoor cycling class, geared towards outdoor cyclists. Not your typical spin class, but still suitable for all skill levels. Be prepared for challenging drills, high intensity intervals and lots of fun! 

TREK,TREAD & REVIVE:  45 minutes of interval running, 30 minutes of yoga/ pilates for runners ( in the treadmill area).

WERQ™:  WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness format based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music and easy to follow, high-energy dance steps to the latest chart-topping hits. The signature WERQ warm up previews the dance steps used throughout the class. The WERQ cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching with balance poses.
ZUMBA®:  Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
