SPINNING®:  The SPINNING® program is an energizing session blending cycling and coaching techniques to build mental and physical strength and increase endurance. The intensity of the class is regulated by the participant so first time riders and highly trained athletes can all get an excellent workout. 
 
TREK & TREAD:  This class utilizes the treadmill and strength exercises to provide a great combination of running and strength intervals! 
 
WERQ®:  WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness format based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music and easy to follow, high-energy dance steps to the latest chart-topping hits.
 
REFIT®: While the focus is structured around Cardio Dance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training are also incorporated. The format is easy to follow and can be modified for all fitness levels.
 
ZUMBA®:  Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™.
 
H.I.R.T.: High Intensity Resistance Training. Work your way through 4 strength exercises for 30 seconds each, followed by 50 seconds of cardio. You will repeat the rounds a few more times, for ultimate results!
 
BARRE:  This class focuses on core strengthening, but targets the whole body. The low impact approach utilizes principles of ballet barre, Pilates and Yoga. Appropriate for all levels.
 
PILATES:  This class focuses on the basic Pilates principles: core, strength, increased flexibility, breathing control and correct alignment to improve posture, and challenge the body in a variety of ways. This class is accessible to both beginners and experienced.


BOOTCAMP: This class combines strength and cardio exercises for a great total body workout that will definitely have you sweating!
 
AQUA FIT: The intensity of the water aerobics class is determined by how hard you decide to work. It includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and flexibility. 
 
YOGA DEEP STRETCH: Enjoy a gentle warm-up then explore poses that target connective tissues. Stretch your way to reduced physical and mental tension. All levels welcome. Low – Moderate intensity.

VINYASA YOGA:  Cultivate strength and openness as you explore yoga poses in greater depth.  Use breath control to flow through sequential poses with intention.  Gain strength, flexibility and stability while developing a stronger connection of mind, body and spirit.  Modifications and advancements offered, making class suitable for all levels. Moderate intensity.
 
BEAST MODE: This class incorporates endurance & high intensity interval training. It will take you in and out of aerobic & anaerobic heart rate zones, and help shed fat!
 
BELLS & BALLS:  This class utilizes dumbbells, stability balls, and other equipment to provide a great combination of strength, stability, & power!
 
SCORE:  S(trength) & CORE… This class utilizes a variety of equipment and exercises to provide an awesome strength workout that will also work your core!
 
ZUMBA STRONG:  Not a dance class, its high intensity interval training using more traditional fitness aerobic moves to sync music!
 
CIRCUIT SLAM:  Total body workout using strength machines and recovery exercises. The session will incorporate cardio, stretch, toning and balance exercises.
 
KETTLEBELL STRONG:  Inviting all fitness levels to experience the hard style kettlebell system of strength to safely learn to lift for strength, power, cardio endurance, joint stability and ninja like movement skills!
 
CARDIO DANCE:  Fat Burning workout with high energy aerobics moves to ramp up the metabolism and ignite your weight loss using a series of fiery dance moves.
 
STRENGTH CIRCUIT: Designed to keep you energized while increasing strength, endurance & flexibility. A 45-60 min. class packed with calorie burning & muscle strengthening!
 
CARDIO BLAST: Cardio drills, running drills, tabata drills and weight training.  All to challenge your cardio capacity!  
 
KICKBOXING: Total cardio class with boxing mitts, bags and a fun kickboxing routine. You will get a great overall body workout!
